we see thos what you call "field lines" all the time here in the USA, ther what we call Plain, or Jet, Trails, u see them alot at Air shows as well, they also try to write things in the sky with them.

but even plans when they move across he sky u see whats called a JET Trail thats left behind. but these are uber very common.

Actually scientists developed this kind of power that when dropped through the air captures moister and becomes a gel type substance. When it hits salt water it is broken down so the gel isnt left there. I think they said it is prefectly safe for the environment but they havent found a way to mass produce it cheapy. They plan on using it to absorb the moister from hurricanes.
