starting bid: 2b per month for all 10 bpos together reserve: hidden minimum bid incriment: 50m buyout: suggest one end date: april 7 23:00 location: amarr region sniper: 30 min
ships: covert ops - anathema (me50/pe50) - purifier (me50/pe50)

use of a true sansha safe space pos is available with all the factories and extra labs. there is a 5% fee a month if you wish to use this feature, this fee is waved if you provide your own pos and pos modules.
how it works: -i start an alt corp and lock down the bpos. -you do what you want with the bpos in the station or the pos. -the first payment is done right away, afterwards i must get the isk before the 1st of every month. (winning bid / days in month * days left in month = first payment) -you will have all rights to the pos (except unanchor)
fine print: -the alt corp will not move into an alliance. -the bpos will not be moved. -none of these bpos are for sale. -all questions must be asked in this thread and will be answered in this thread. -no ingame bids -the office fees will be paid by the winner -the pos fueling is all up to the winner, if the sheilds must always remain up -a custom api key is available but must be requested with the bid -the only partial payment is the first month unless agreed upon in advance -all special requests or amendments to the auction must be included with the bid -if you break a rule or attempt to cheat you will be evicted

Evil's toy is a thief!!!
I use to rent with evil's toy. I was out of town for a 5 day period for a work emergency. No laptop that could play EVE. I get back and I have been booted from the renting corp. All of my investments, 22Bish, stolen. He stated that the POS ran out of fuel and since I didnt fill it up with fuel I voided the contract.
The POS was never attacked. EVERYTHING in the POS was mine. The T2 BPO's were locked in the station so they were not in danger. I got back and pleaded with him that RL got in the way. He told me tough. What was done was done.
I lost all of the parts and ships that I had invested to use the T2 BPOs. I have mails to prove it. They have responses from him telling me I am sh*t of luck. I think CCP is against me posting mails on the forum but I can forward them to you in game if you would like.
Do not trust this character or any of the characters in his renting corp. His renting corp is sanctuary for the alternates . |

Bid retracted.
Edit: Talked with Gabba in game, evidence pointing to toy being a straight up thief. Also explains why this auction was re-listed so soon, when it's otherwise such a good deal. |

ya, i am not a thief.
you decided to break the agreement and i mailed you many times to warn you.
i have done this for many years, you were just a bad renter who thought it was ok to break the agreement.
the fact that you took a break from eve broke the agreement is your fault, not mine.
in fact it is because of you that i included extra warnings in this auction, because never before have i had a renter as bad as you.

For those of us following this, if he paid the rent on time, and everything in the pos belonged to Gabba, and you did not return any of it, how does that not make you a thief, toy's? Anyone with half a brain here is going to see this as, you saw 22bil, got greedy and took the first opportunity to steal it, regardless of how pathetic the reason. |

Thief = A person who steals another person's property, esp. by stealth and without using force or violence. eviction= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eviction
From your own link:
Any possessions of the tenant still on the property may be turned over to the tenant, put in storage for the tenant, placed outside the property, seized and sold under a writ of garnishment (which the landlord would also be required to obtain, though certain items such as personal effects are generally exempt by law from forced sale) and/or considered abandoned, depending on local laws. The rental property is then turned over to the landlord.

you broke the agreement and were evicted.
if you did not break the agreement you would not be evicted.
if the next renter abides by the agreement they will be fine.
you did not abide by the agreement, thus evicted. |

I'm more than happy to send full API documentation of my accounts to a credible 3rd party which will very clearly show that I am not Gabba, or the previous renter, but nice try. |

Evil,
ironic name btw. You keep saying you sent me warnings. I was out of town and could not load EVE up. When I got back and contacted you, you gave me a big FU. You could have been considerate. You could have been understanding. I even tried to pay you more than the current months rent to pay you for your and trouble. You took my stuff and stopped communicating with me.

i'm not sure how this is so confusing. i sent you warnings and you violated the agreement. i evicted you.
if you wanted alter the agreement before you left i would have probably been ok with it.
the whole situation is caused because you broke the agreement.

wtf mate, so if someone has RL emergency and goes off eve for a week you steal all of teir assets? How on earth does that constitute a good business in your opinion?
Its a straight up theft. Don't blame the other idiot who left billions worth of mats in your pos for this. |

And even if he did "break the agreement", taking all of his assets and selling them is a straight up scumbag thing to do, no matter whether it's legal or illegal of if it's in violation of the EULA or not. It's just not right. Period. I would have bid on this, but knowing your complete lack of business ethics, by your own admission, I can see that you are not someone I would like to work with. |

I always thought of your rental business as good work evil, I looked up to it.
In business in eve I always take into account RL issues tho. Even when ppl get back for whatever reason I pick up business with them just to keep them as return costumers.
I agree up to the point where you say the agreement is broken, but stealing his assets is the point where it becomes theft. you are hurting your own business. You should reconcider and at least return what is his. |

regardless of 1 bad renter i still believe evil's is a good person to do business with however i do believe that they could of handled the situation better then they did to maintain a good perspective from people and not have to deal with drama it has caused which is shown in this thread.
Evil's im not telling you what to do by this however i do think it would be for the best to have a talk with this gabba or whatever and try to resolve this issue so that both parties are happy so that you can avoid this drama in future. its upto you though whatever you want to do |

Real life is ALWAYS more important than eve. If he was logged in and ignoring you... well thats fair game.
Went he came back and if he ignored you... fair game.
If he came back 6 months later... fair game.
If he comes back after a week and you steal his meager, small, not important 22billion... nuff said.
Lets see, i'll bid 4billion, put 20billion in your corp and when real life takes me away for.. wow a whole week! I guess I'l just kiss it good bye. |
