Hello,
it has been exactly 1 month since I entered the game, payed 19.95 EUR and started to play. Right now I looked at My Account and found it suspended! So I immediately clicked on it to make it active, filled again my credit card and now it reads as active.
Will I have to do it every month? I thought it was automatic. Will I be able to log in to game when I get home from work?

How often you decide to renew your subscription is up to you, you can do it monthly, every 3months, 6 months, or a year at a time.
obviously the more subscription you pay for the more of a discount you get.
if your account reads as active you should be able to log in and play when you get home

Thank you. I want monthly subscribtions, but to be automatic. I can not pay more that 14.95 EUR at one time.
Anyway, I hope I will be able to log in once at home.

Your subscription is automatically renewed unless you cancelled it. What most likely happened is that your credit card issuer rejected our request for renewal, possibly because of insufficient funds or due to some unknown reason. When that happens the account is automatically disabled.
If you did not cancel your account then I suggest you contact your bank about this problem to find out why our charge was rejected. You need to sort it out with them at least.

Hello,
I just called to my bank. My card is all right and account has more than enough money on it. I was told that you (or anybody else) can not automatically take money from my credit card and that have to manually fill the card detail again each time, what is what I did a while ago. Now the money are blocked on my account and will be tranferred soon. Do you have some recommendation? Or can I just every month put in the card details again.

If your bank does not allow recurring charges then I guess you only option is to reenter your credit card details each month. Although it is certainly a nuisance, your account should be reactivated immediately when you do this, so you should not lose any significant playing time.

Thank you for your information and help. I am usually at the work during week (even now) so it really is not such a big problem to manually activate it. I hope that the skills are learning even if it is suspended.

I would get a new bank, thats lets you use you card like it should be..
