Ulterior motives aside, it's not your ISK... it's CCP's ISK. You own nothing in this game, you are simply given access to use it during your subscription period.
They can take all of your ISK (and assets) away at any point they wish if they feel they have reason.
Of course, they make this abundantly clear in the same document that describes how various updates to the game (including frequent ships and modules changes) can and will affect you on a regular basis.
Now that we have cleared that up, back to our regularly scheduled forum sparring. 
To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

My last mega was 215 days old when she was lost. It is possible for pvp ships to last a long time if you love them very much. OPs whines however are silly. |
