I have 14mil skill points but all i can fit on a SB Nemesis is:
> 2 X cruise missile launchers.
> 1 X cloak device.
What do I need - is there a special skill?

Adv weapon upgrades (for the pg usage of lauchers)
Energy management lvl 4 (for fittin a MAPC)
(and electronics, engineering and every other skill that should be usefull in ship, surely your 14mil sp will tell you which you need)

I have Adv weapon upgrades lvl3 and Energy management lvl 4
Also electronics lvl5 and engineering lvl5
As far as i can c if all my skills were lvl5 i would still not be able to fit a SB properly. I have seen that other players are able to fitout a SB without any pg modules, where as i can only fit the following:
> 2 X cruise missile launchers.
> 1 X cloak device.
I have pititioned CCP and they refer me to the forums.
Please if anyone can help I would be most grateful.

the stealth bomber is the only class where caldari have the definitive best ship:
the manticore has this bonus:

the covops PG thing lets you fit the cruises better AFAIK
the impossibility of fitting stealth bombers was started in cold war when the PG requirements for cruise missiles went up by 25%. i don't think its been fixed yet, mainly because the stealth bomber was rubbish before, and is rubbish now

that was pre missles patch
now u "must" use a MAPC to fit a SB
and at that you wont get a AB or decent gun's on

So the SB has gone from not so good to completely useless and I could headbutt it to death in my POD 
Hopefully CCP will fix this in the next patch!!!

Prolly get worse with the next patch tbh.. I think they are nerfing missles again.

Its not all that bad, take 15 of em in gank setup (As far as thats possible i guess  ) and fire away at a target, dont bother cloaking, dont bother tanking just shoot and run like a girl.
Its been rumourd that they have a hidden bonus that increases the explosion radius of cruise missiles, allowing them to hit targets for more damage then a cruise missile from say a raven would. Especially smaller targets.
Plus 30 or so cruise missiles should hurt quite a bit.

Yeah, bombers have a hidden bonus that permits them to hit frigates with full damage. One salvo from a 2-launcher bomber will blow a T1 frig to bits. The bonus is effective enough that a bomber pilot with good missile skills can hit an interceptor very hard if it isn't MWDing.
They're good ships if used correctly, and I've got several kills in my Nemesis simply because bombers are rare enough that the target didn't have a clue what was attacking them and didn't move till the cruises were about 2 seconds away

I have watched a group of 8 Caldari bombers uncloak at a gate and pop two battleships (geddon and scorp) in two vollys.
Looking at how their prices have come down, and the sig raduis bonus they are worth using... if you can find 2 - 3 piolts to fly with.

CCP forgot to change the grid bonuses when they changed CM launcher's grid requirements.
I too had a hard time to fit anything else than a pair of CM launchers and a cloak, while pre-patch I was able to fit a pair of T2 75mm rails and some EW.
...oh and I have cov ops skill at 4 and adv. weps upgrades at 4 too... not maxed, but it's fairly high already.
