Quite a decision you have there :) Though I will add that by simply being a member of the ISS, and expanding your neutral presence into more and more regions, you are already helping to build the infrastructure that will allow free space aligned pilots to operate without alliance dependency. Having a large core of ISS members in Pure Blind, for example, will provide more goods and services on the market there. If we can build a true functioning economy in 00, such as a Yulai in the North... that would truly be something.

I'd say if you want to build pos and seed markets join ISS and if you want to shoot the man in the face and overturn the brigands and bandit kings come join Jericho (both options are valuable and to be encouraged) _________________ Shoot Tyrants - join Jericho Fraction!

I'm only really in the ISS because my corp joined them, i'm not really good at the whole Industrial and Production game, i prefer to work with blazing guns and afterburners, maybe i'll join up someday, but until then, i'll try help the cause by freeing any slaves i come across.
