So, I got kinda used to always doing maximum damage and taking the least amount of damage by preparing myself for the type of mission I was doing. Lately eve-i has been slow or (as it is at the moment) down, as well as out of date, so I haven't been able to prepare myself for missions as well.
If I want to build my own equivelent of the NPC database that Eve-i.com had (I'm a web application developer), what is the best way to begin gathering the NPC numbers (shield resistance numbers, armor resistance, damage types, etc)? I was hoping it would be in the excel exports from t20, but I've looked through them and can't seem to find anything that would would be the data I'm looking for.
If anyone can point me in the right directino I would appreciate it.

Where is Eve-I anyway? It has been down for at least two days now. Anyone know if they've gone out of business or if its just a glitch?

I miss being able to look up rat damage type, there's no way to see that info in game (that I know of). I think CCP must have supplied EVE-I with the NPC rat database.

Does anyone know where they have gone for certain. Eve will have lost a vital resource if it has gone for good.
