on the other hand, it can make a nation stronger, a few examples:
England. on and upwards after parliament vs king, we turned into the greatest nation on earth. (obviously thats a very simple explanation)
France. Revolution made france the dominate land force in europe, and europe was THE force of the time...

Stain Kingdom.
Max is king.
Could have something to do with tyrants too..
Tyrant doesnt actually mean some evil dictator, it was originally made when the persians ruled asia minor right to the borders of india, they often let the conquered govern themselves under a loyal servant (usually a rich political guy), as they were not voted for, they were called tyrants. they were not neccessarily bad people.

When i was in CA, Stain was one big scary enemy with miriads of battleships. We had neverending fights and alot of fun.
Now (and since about 6 months) Stain means completely nothing to me. Yes i know there is Stain Empire but so what? Stain Empire means nothing to me.
I'm not jugding who is right and who is wrong in this confilct. Its all inside Stain.
I just hope that Stain again will be one of the most powerfull and respected nations in Eve universe when this whole conflict will end. Stain deserves it.
