Actually, Passengers really worth nothing. Every thing else can be sold or reprocessed.

i disagree on the dual railguns. The dual 150 is finding itself useful on a few ishtar setups and even a 1600 plate deimos setup (though personally i wouldnt use them)
The dual 250 is good on a gankdomi. But apart from that, they do indeed suck
I would say heavy neutron blasters are pretty damn useless atm. No one ever uses them

Dual 150s are excellent guns on a Thorax.
I've also used dual 250s on my Domi with much success.

Not necessarily in order:
- Inertia Stabilizers (Nanos do same + speed)
- Damage controls (hull tank? o.O)
- Reinforced Bulkheads (hull tank again?)
- Shield Flux Coil (less shield hp AND shield regen)
- Cap flux Coil (less cap AND cap regen)
- Micro items, basicly all of them (why do they exist?)
- Scout Drones (if you can't use med. drones don't bother)
- Drugs
- Ship logs
- Criminal DNA
And on some other stuff:
- basic and civilian items -> used by noobs.
- carebears -> Market, Minerals, Ships, Modules
- medium smartbombs -> drones

The people who said missiles are sadly mistaken. Buy up the new skills a little and watch as bigger missiles do plenty of damage against anything bigger than a rogue drone.
And for rogue drones just tank them for a few seconds and then unleash that medium smartbomb on the lot of them at once. Not only big boomies but all within looting range.
Seriously, though, what is the damage control meant to be for?

Ever try to hit an orbitting interceptor with heavy/medium drones?
Scout drones are really really useful, unless you only do PvE as you can hit NPC ceptors with heavy drones without a problem. You can't do that to another player if he's any sense at all.
*Edit - as Ikvar says, the Ishkur is a scary ship with 10 scout drones flying around. Couldn't remember the name of the ship initially.
