Quick clarification. I haven't been able to find a "Stain Alliance" in game. There is a "Stain Allaince", is that to whom you are referring? It's unfortunate that "The Fiev" will be supporting them, but, in the end, it is just a game and more targets always equals more fun. See y'all in DSS.
