Is there anyway to find a cloaked ship?

Explain to them how unfair it is for someone to use the local channel in such a way that your paranoia is too high for you to undock and enjoy the game AFK has got to stop. It cant go on forever. How dare they cloak up and go afk for days on end and prevent you from feeling safe? Dont worry, ccp will one day remove local channel like it is in wormhole space, and you wont have to be afraid anymore. ;-)

They do not need the same mechanics. A cloaked ship cannot silently call in a fleet in the way you imply. It either has to decloak to light a [cover] cyno, or the fleet has to come in through a gate. Also, you know that they are there. Local is the k-space counter to cloaking. If you want to catch a cloaky camper, arrange a trap for them. They represent a trap for you, so it's Trap vs Trap.
