Hello,
My current Corporation (Grothsmore Industries) is in need of a 40 Million isk loan to pay for an orca. An orca will greatly increase the speed/efficiency of our mining ops and we are looking for an investor to get on board. I would like to tell everyone that this guy, Boom DaBang, actually though it was a good idea to make a donation to Goonwaffe in order to keep mining safely.
Didn't work as intended for some obvious reasons. Those 500M would have voided the need for a 40M loan. |

Oh dear, Oh dear  Never a good sign!
Either way I feel I should ask, when could repayment be expected? Also, if you run mining operations could you not simply just run one without the Orca and make the money that way? 40 Million isn't exactly very hard to obtain as, say, a Hulk pilot, even in high sec. I can generally do it within a few hours (at best) of dedicated (non-AFK) solo mining with some pre-though (i.e. going somewhere where the minerals/ore sell for a good price and where I can refine without loss). Even in a Retriever or Coveter you could probably obtain the funds in a fairly respectable time. |

http://warpbubble.blogspot.com/2011/10/joining-goonwaffe.html link to his blog where he talks about joining goons, and where he fell for a goon recruitment scam, and finally the link in the blog shows his alts on that acct.
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=21162&find=unread this is the forum thread where he tried to start Jita Bank, failed miserably, and finally closed the corp (after only a few days) and admitted it was a scam.
