I have no collateral to offer at this time as my assets are all either in production or about to be. I would prefer to deal with a single investor for simplicity. I would hope to repay earlier than a year but it will depend on my unreliable playing schedule so I can make no promises. Thank you for your time! Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.

Most investors will wonder why they should take all the risk and you take none. Secondly, no collateral means if you loose or disappear with all the money, an investor has no way of recovering even part of his investment. You also have no investment history or reputation, which means you have nothing to loose or stop you from just keeping the money. Thirdly, do you really think anyone would want to wait a whole year for just 26 million isk? Even if you were offering 1.5% per month that really isn't a decent ROI for that amount of money. An average ROI for something this size would be 10-15% per month. Aurora Investments is looking for an alliance to call home

I realize 1.75 billion isn't a large sum of cash for many older players, but it isn't pocket change, either. Do not expect handouts in EVE, unless someone is feeling very, very generous. Which is about as rare as a blue moon, even among corpmates and friends.

We aren't your mom or dad who you can just ask for money and it's our duty to give it to you if you've been good. There needs to be a reason why an investor would WANT to invest in your scheme. If no-one WANTS to invest with you then you won't attract an investor. Things that attract investors: Good rate of return on their investment. Low risk. Easy access - e.g. short term investment. Risk mitigation - collateral. Risk mitigation - reputation ( character value ). Risk mitigation - past investment performance. You provide none of these desirable factors. You want people to take a risk on you, but you offer practically no reason for them to do so, so they won't.. You should look at successful investment opportunity offers on this forum and compare them with the check list above to understand the factors that produce success. As a character with no reputation or track record of delivering on investments your best bet is to start out small in the 500 millionish region, and deliver a return of the original investment plus at least 10% over a space of not more than 30 days whilst putting up at least 90% collateral. And maybe even overpay the investors at the end if possible. Do this a few times to build reputation over time and you will be able to make offers where the terms suit you better more than the investors. You have to start at the bottom and build up - you can't just go straight to the final goal - not if you want to take people with you.

The chances of success are probably equal, Erotica 1 offers a higher payout AND I'd have more fun that way... That said, I don't have that much money to spare, so I'd do neither (sorry Erotica 1) :D
