Posting in stealth "dress up corpses in CQ" thread. [insert random rubbish that irritates you personally] is further evidence that Eve is dying/thriving*

Hate to be mrs. buzzkillington here but capsuleers can't have sex because our sexual features are purely asthetic. Ta-ta's without nipples, no bulging underwear/panties, NO GENITALS.
Our bodies exist only as a vassal for our brain. That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers. |

I am kind of surprised that they never considered how certain foods put into cargo holds of ships could be "consumed" to increase crew moral and offer bonuses to the efficiency of a ship.
Of course that would be a little "WoW-ish".
But we could imagine that a ton of bacon for example would make for a happy crew. We already have spirits and exotic dancers. An actual use for such items in this manner would be great.
Naturally spirits and exotic dancers (and walnuts) would not fly with an Amarrian crew - so perhaps some Pax copies and vitoc for the slaves then?
A Gallente crew: holoreels, exotic dancers, farm animals (sorry, couldn't help it).
Caldari crew: corporate stuff. Maybe a Eve version of "Business Week". I don't know.
Minmatar crew: duct tape and sunglasses of course.
A Sancha faction ship crew might fancy electronics parts.
A Blood Raiders faction ship could have a crew with a thing for frozen corpses whereby they can get blood from.
Serpentis crew: drugs. Lots of them.
Any military faction ship: spirits and insiginia.
So to see the commodities in the game actually be used in such manner would be interesting, but since ships crews are irrelevant, I won't hold my breath.

Herzog Wolfhammer wrote:A note on frozen corpses: a lot of players would love to be able to salvage implant parts from them, and being able to create boosters from brain fluids and such also interesting as another angle on creating boosters. I have always contended that corp clone vats should have the "consequences" of "protein out, protein in" meaning that you have to keep putting in frozen corpses in order for the vat to continue to function. This would be the end of the Disco BS camp (or at least a very careful application of this method).

This item has been a strong influence on our society developement and scientific achievement ever since 8000 BC, and is a common trade good all over the world and a complementing part of everyone's diet, vegan or not. It is resposible for a quarter of the world wide population growth between 1700 and 1900. In 2010 the world production of this object as "food" was around 324 million tonnes and since 2008 has become a sort of internet celebrity.
It's use: - To brew alcoholic beverages such as vodka, prtcheen or akvavit -Food for domestic animals -Food industry as thckners and binders of soups an sauces. -Textile industry; as adhesives. -Manufracting of papers and boards -Remedy for burns -Sereval research projects regarding health, plant and bioengineering. -Sereval culinary uses, as an ingredient and main component of a dish in cuisines all over the world.
The UN even officially declared this 2008 to be the "international Year" of this certain Item.
There are even museus about it. If you doubt any of this information, google it.
For all the reasons above I don't understand why is it not a ingame item. I don't see why it wouldn't still be a common item in a few million years from now on.
Im talking about the potato.

This. This post disproves the OP completely. What other game in video game history allows you not only to 'grow' your own potato, but then to take control of it and use it to fight other potato?
The myriad of options of how a player wants to use his potato is staggering. So much, in fact, that it's a, it's a... it's a Sin. (groan)

I have seen an offer or two in local chat when spending some time in Jita 4-4. I wouldn't recommend it though. It's probably a scam. ISD Gallifreyan Ensign Community Communication Liaisons (CCLs) Interstellar Services Department |

Nothing, but plungers would be nice...especially on Minmatar ships since toilets get backed up on those like crazy.
Edit: Also, I would like to see a pogo stick in my CQ, now that the thought has crossed my mind. |
