Actually, testicle growth is a very serious concern. If not accompanied by serious pain, it is a strong indicator of cancer. Just like women are told to do with their boobies, men should fondle their nuts monthly to catch irregular testicle growth early.

Nah. However, thanks to androderm patch, I now have a testosterone level above average for someone my age.
So, instead of "grow a pair" a better saying may be "slap on a patch".
It is amazing how many people see my patch and assume I'm trying to quit smoking. Really? Have you seen the typical 46 year old smoker? They don't look like me.
Then again, maybe they just assume I'm a 35 year old smoker, rather than a 46 year old non-smoker.
