The chances of getting a big enough percentage of the playerbase to make it a resonable estimate is extremely small, look at the CSM which is probably the biggest popularity competition ingame. I'm not saying its impossible, you'll find the top 20 will be pretty obvious regardless of who votes, but its pretty hard to quantify **** like this. I understand your concerns, that is why ingame I will also do efforts to get people to vote and maybe add more names to the list. I know it is going to be a massive amount of work, but on the other hand this is more fun then a CSM election and actually has use. I am going to contact ISD aswel to cover this along with EN24 etc. I am going to write to all major alliance leaders about this survey. I am gonna push the mountain over to mohammed if it ain't comming itself. One thing I learned in the years of EVE. People want to be remembered. And people have an inherent need in reckognition.
