Actually, its kinda sad to see just how many old school "eve legends" we never see or hear from any more because they've quit or whatever. Eve is definitely the poorer for the loss of a lot of these people.

chribba, entity, karbowiak, beansman, rig0r... and alot of other 3rd party devs should be on here.

No-one takes these seriously anyway, theres no way you could possibly be unbiast when filtering a list like this, as we've seen everytime someone (me included) does one of these threads.

I am not going to use my personal opinion in this.
I am gathering names first, after that a voting process starts which will decide who are the 50 most famous, infamous, notorious etc.

Just from the fact that its mostly forumwarrios with questionable motives that are going to be reading this / taking part in it (ignoring those that learn about it by word of mouth from said warrios) already makes a portion of the results questionable. The chances of getting a big enough percentage of the playerbase to make it a resonable estimate is extremely small, look at the CSM which is probably the biggest popularity competition ingame. Consider the amount of people that voted vs How much effort each individual candidate put in and the amount of advertising from CCP. I'm not saying its impossible, you'll find the top 20 will be pretty obvious regardless of who votes, but its pretty hard to quantify **** like this.

Well you haven't added anything of true value to the game, or its lore... and you are also not that good of a poster to be recognized. And take it as i'm telling it, because i'm no good poster either ^^.

Once that "like and get likes" thread dies.. the "likes received" will help on that particular area. And no, using a macro to spam posts, then using one or more alts also with a macro to like every single post you made on that thread won't do it either.
