This was brought to my attention, and I'll be speaking to Mirel when we are both logged on tomorrow.
I know how rare a Dramiel is now, after taking a look at supplies and prices etc, and the original buyout price was way too low anyway in my opinion.
It looks to me personally that the original buyout was miscacluated, and original buyout bidder intended to buy the frigate at a massive discount and sell it on at inflated price, Mirel amended the auction to avoid being ripped off.
I'll talk to Mirel tomorrow and find out exactly what both sides of the story is, and see if a repremand and compensation is in order. If so, I'll see to it that this is resolved in the easiest possible manner for both parties.
I'd also like to remind the original buyout poster, that although I can understand that you're frustrated, this does not warrent coming into our corp's public channel and smacktalking our members who are not connected with this, and myself included with abuse regarding what's happened.
After the show you put on in our public channel, I'm sorting this out at a push because I'd like to find out exactly why it happened. I'd advise you to conduct yourself more appropriately in future if you want to be taken seriously.
Hopefully we'll sort this tomorrow.

First Off, My apologies to Serge. The Dramiel was NOT entirely mine, and after agreeing to sell to you, I consulted with th other owner of the dramiel and he said that it was a stupidly low price and we should have gotten double that.
He told me to change the Item price. I did, and quickly found another buyer, and sold it to him.
However it is entirely my fault, I realise now that I should have just sold it to you and accepted the loss.
I just didn't want to get Ripped off or make a LArge loss.
But I'm not going to ask the person who purchased it from me at the higher price to give it back. Unless He/She wants to.

i believe the seller has full rights to refuse sale, for what ever reason he feels neccesary, in this case, the start price was way too low, and he changed it with-in 15 mins of the original post..
i even wonder if you may have been the guy who first told him thats how much it was worth, then logged straight on eve-o forums, and waited him to post the sale..
intelligent scam going on there.. or maybe not. mirel has a choice on who, when and where he wants to sell..

maybe a pettition on the personal verbal abuse in the forums..
also, an aucton has a right to reserve, i think if you know anything about auctions, the buy-out don't always win.. if someone offers a higher amount straight away, in which it looks like scar did, does the std 15min sniper rule not count?? if itsa not stated there is no sniper rule, persumably there is one..
simple fact is.. if this happens on a regular basis, people wil stop buying from said person, but the odd mistake (in which he changed under my Command)immediately, and you guys are getting yer heads stuck up yer rears..

Changing the prices/rules of an item mid auction is lame and a pretty crappy thing to do.
Changing the auction rules after the auction ended is twice as lame.
Guess its something to keep in mind with future auction posted by the OP.
PS: You look more like an Alt then Yax does

yes i am an alt.. honest
but i wouldnt consider 15mins after the original post to be mid post, it takes that long for some cpu's to load the pages, edit and re-post..
it was an almost immediate change, not mid way, or near the end.. the original bidder was just unlucky that he bidded whilst the post was being edited.
or in fact, if you want to get really technical, he had no right to sell it for that amount as i gave him no permission to sell my half of it.. therefore, the whole auction would have been invalid.. either way you look at it, you still gona get the same answer..
friendly meaningful bump for the implant, in which i believe is still on auction for the correct price..
