Edited by: Wraithstorm on 10/09/2005 15:08:59 Edited by: Wraithstorm on 10/09/2005 15:06:55 Signed. FIX would like to thank SE for this oppourtunity. FIX would also like to state for the record that CATCH at this time is uncontested SE space, They own the station, They roam the area freely, so by them handing it over to FIX, it is perfectly legal.
Furthermore FIX maintains its neutrality in the STAIN civil war. SE forces pulling out of CATCH will ofc be afforded safe passage throughout FIX space. We ask for patience while FIX establishes itself in the area and redefines what will later be its borderlines
For the record, FIX forces will allow any NON SE entities the chance to clear out of the area peacefully, should they be there. Failure to do so will result in FIX protecting its space. SE will be afforded ample time to clear out of this space.
Thanks

Allow me to clarify please guys, Last night FIX was given the CATCH region by SE. This can ofc be confirmed both by SE leadership and that of FIX. Once FIX establishes itself in the area we will then address the border systems. We have every intention of keeping the travel routes so frequently used by many open as was. We are working on that.
Now, FIX is staying out of the STAIN conflict. As it stands now SE own the station, they are the ones being challenged for the region. No outside forces have yet to "bring it" for the region. Therefore in FIX' eye it is not yet contested. Our move to recieve FAT from SE peacefully is legal.
If outside forces wish to try to engage SE forces vacating "our" space then ofc there will be trouble as SA have no travel rights through FIX territory. This is common sense.

We are handling this delicate situation as best we can... All I can say is for those involved: Consider CATCH FIX territory. WHEN we move in to establish this we will afford everyone the chance to clear out peacefully. We will go no further. We will not engage either entity. We will not side with anyone in this conflict.

HED GP will remain open. FIX is not trying to cause ripples here guys. Give us time to get all this going, but yes HED-GP and main travel routes will more then likely remain open.

Edited by: Wraithstorm on 11/09/2005 04:15:02 Aiding SE?....
Let me see. We had SE forces in FAT during the time FIX forces came to claim our home, and possibly engage SA for FAT... FIX asked SE not to engage SA at all, so that this would be done right and proper. That request was granted, and can be verified by SA forces on the ground. FAT was declared a no fire zone for both SA and SE and both entities honored this as far as I know, and I had been logged in for over 7 hours.
After a brief fleet engagement SA asked that they be allowed to pull down their POS out of FAT and remove their fleet from FAT. This was what FIX offered SA at the start, and FIX granted this. Once again SE respected our wish to not fire at SA forces and haulers leaving FAT.
When you come on these forums and try to slam FIX you better come with the true facts or go back to the hole that you crawled out of. You want to talk facts you can convo me ingame at anytime.
FIX is remaining neutral in this war, and if todays actions in FAT didnt show that I dont know what will. For what its worth I want to commend both parties on truly respecting what was agreed upon. Ill go no further into detail because its noones business but those involved

FIX has stated its intentions, and has not hid anything from anyone. Your definition of contested, differs from mine, and that of other people Im sure. When I logged off tonight in FAT-6P SE had Soverignty (pardon spelling) When I log in tomorrow FIX will. Call that contested if you want too, but the picture is clear to FIX.

Our borders have been identified in the Alliance map thingy. FYI for the love of god lmao, we are not attempting to claim DSS- HEDGP. knock yourselves out, the only difference is that if your KOS to FIX and somehow bump into us there, dont expect a wave in local
