Hi.
Wonder if anyone here can shed some light on a situation for me.
A friend of mine has had his account banned for selling plex out of game. Its his first offence so to speak and he didnt get any warning or communication. Just tried to log in and couldnt.
I have tried to petition for him, but not had any reply either. Problem is he has some of my stuff, BPO's etc and i kinda want them back.
Is this kind of ban a permanent thing? If it is, how the hell do i get my stuff back?
Any advice help would be welcome. He's pulling his hair out and i'm not best pleased.... |

Even if 'he' is banned, he can still open a petition from the website. No need for you to get involved. Also, to the best of my knowledge if his account is banned, there is no way you are going to be able to claim anything be returned to you from that account. I'm sure you will petition it but I am certain that you will just have to accept that these items have died with the account that is holding them.

No, CCP should ban where and whenever they find it. Hisec, lowsec, nullsec, down should come the banhammer!
To the OP: If you would like your stuff back, send me a small retainer (100mil ISK) and I will fly to the station your friend operated out of, break into the stations vault, pilfer any goods, and then I will fly out to Immensea with said loot, sell it on the market, and enjoy a nice latte afterwards.

Nope. They are still trying to figure out the russian site that sells titans and supercarriers with limited monthly supply that is going up every month.  Gee wonder who could be behind that one and who would have that many building arrays to supply that many a month @w@

theres also temporary ban (tempban)
and the IP ban (which could be either temp or perm)

That's a permanent ban...you don't do real money transactions in this game...you lose your account.
You should learn to read.
CCP has zero tolerance over that.
No different then ISK Selling...and that's worse than a ban... |

You sir, completely missed the point on my previous post. You implied that just the word ban implied permanent ban, which is of course incorrect. I was merely correcting you by stating that there is other forms of being banned. I must say in your post you proved your inability to read, which is ironic because you suggested that I should learn to read. But as others know, I am quite literate and it is almost a pity that you will not be able read this witty comeback due to your intellectually deprived mind.
