I have yet to hear a valid reason as to why the CSM 'shouldn't participate in ganking/scamming apart from the inherent 'waaaaaahhhhhh' in all of your posts.
They are an advisory council to CCP, not an in-game leadership/PR council. |

I represent nullsec, hisec greifers, and anyone else who understands that EVE is a place for war and murder, not safety and weakness. As it happens, the voice of my constituents is far louder than the OP's cry for help; that is why I am the Chairman.
That I scam, kill, and gank and conquer are all reasons why my constituents feel that I represent their viewpoints accurately, and voted for me in the first place.
As for my RL, I was once an attorney in DC, but I retired and moved to Wisconsin last year.
Ah so you admit that you are representing 'Your constituency' as in goons and not the eve player base. What you put forward, is everything your constituents want. They represent all the is bad for eve, scamming, manipulation everything else. Tell me, how can you be the chair of the CSM (which is supposed to represent all players) when all you do is represent yourself and the needs of your alliance. Do what you like in game, but you should not be abusing your position, and should be removed. Each CSM member has put the needs of their constituents above needs of those who are not. The justification for this? You didn't vote for that CSM member because you felt they didn't represent you. Just because they were elected does not mean they suddenly have to represent you now. In addition to this, representing each individuals singular interests is virtually impossible. It's easier, more efficiency, and to be fair basically politically correct to represent your constituents. You should find a CSM member that _does_ represent your interests, and then consider petitioning your concerns with them, as they're more likely to agree with you and they're probably at least partially responsible for your personal concerns. So your saying the CSM DOES NOT represent the eve player base as a whole? Because if that is true then the CSM is a lie and should be disbanded immediately. and if it does not, then how are all the players in eve being represented? they are not!!! You have just made it clear that each CSM are just out to get whats best for their voters (in other words their alliance) Because no one else voted for you. This makes the CSM even more of a joke then...
You are ******** and/or 12.
How can a small group of people ever completely represent an exponentially larger group of players completely? |

I'm 95% convinced this whole thing is a troll by someone with too much time.
At this point, you are really only trolling yourself. |

Its not an exploit to move Concord around as long as you don't use throwaway alts to do it.
Edit: And it will be nice that this thread can finally die and its amazing amount of dumb can rest in peace. |

Goons like to identify with islamic terrorism (Jihad, Osama bin Laden in a recent Mittani post) Mitanni likes to compare himself to Stalin (same post as above). Ok, this is a game. But there is a limit. Once it is crossed, it just becomes distasetful. Look at this quote, for example: The Mittani wrote:Pay no attention to this kulak and his revisionist line; the People's Soviets of Goonswarm have a free and open accounting of their finances, and our socialist science has brough about the closest realization of socialism ever seen in EVE. This is really not funny. When "kulaks" were targeted by the soviets in Ukraine in the 1930s, millions died in a state-induced artificial famine. Do we really want to play alongside individual who consider such dreadful memories as toys to have fun with ? Does CCP want to have such people as customers ?
They do that to elicit a response from people such as yourself. If you can't appreciate the irony then just ignore it. I for one find it hilarious, and like most Goons am not a Stalinst/fascist/rascist etc. And yes for the record, CCP would love to take their money. |

Because people like you get upset and I find that funny. |

Tallian Saotome wrote:I didn't realize the 10% of the population who live in nullsec were the majority of eve's population Oh, woe unto my terrible elementary school teachers, lying to me about how math works, and falsely claiming that 10% was no where near a majority! Just further proof of how terrible the modern education system is, I tell ya.
Haha.
The only data we have on % of players in nullsec vs highsec is character-based. As it stands, 67% of characters with SP>5m are located in highsec. However, using a character based metric is misleading, most if not all players keep multiple characters in highsec, regardless of where they play. I'm sure CCP has a number linked to accounts or even credit cards with a better picture of population breakdown.
Given that the last 6 months they've been running around trying to put out fires and appease the non-highsec crowd, and given that both faction warfare and sov-warfare are two major tasks on their to-do list I think it's pretty clear just how the population is actually broken down.
But please continue running around thinking that CCP is just willfully neglecting their largest revenue driver.
