Can anybody give me some advice on a decent pVp setup for the Prophecy? I have warp scramber and stasis webifier skills and medium laser skills at the mo.

Focused med beams, dual 86%-90% webbers, warp disruptor, a few HS2's make a quite potent anti-inty ship - much to my surprise when I got jumped by a FIX T2 frig fleet of 8 and took out two or three of them before I died, in an untanked setup (don't ask).
On the other hand...
You're advertising 'I have warp scrambler and webber skills,' which isn't something I would expect an experienced player would really go into. If you're new to PvP, I HIGHLY recommend you not fly anything that you can't afford to lose - because lose ships you will.

High - 6x Heavy Pulse
Med - AB, webber and sensor booster
Low - 5x HS II and Medium Armor Repairer II

Last post is pretty much on money. Might wanna switch the sensor booster with warp scrambler and one of the heat sinks with Active Hardner against all dmg types for slightly better survivability. Oh yeh, Assault Launcher or Med NOS for the last high slot. Both decent choices, since additional dmg is good, but since you're likely to be using pulses, you'll be close enough for NOS and enemy is likely to have some too.

high:
small pulse laser(s), smal nos/net(s), rocket launcher with defenders.
mid:
MWD, 1-2xWarp Dist/scram, 0-1xSensor booster
lo:
1x med repper t2, 2x1600mm nano plate, 3x active hardeners (exp, kin and termal)
Not a ship to solo in of course, but can tank a BS and scramble while your buddies kill it.

With the resists u get from BC level i feel it`s a waste of low-slot to fit adaptive nano instead of HS II.
A Prophecy can tank like a bi**h and it can deal a s**tload of damage, but i hate the middle-road...

Battle Cruiser at lvl 5. 3x 1600mm rolled tungsten, some hardeners. If you run into a BS PvP he will call you a haxxor and stuff. A good laugh, worth it.

Low: Med armor repairer T2, 2 power diags T2 & 3 energised platings T2
This setup gives me 86% on EM and 65%+ on the other ones whilst still doing 180 damage on each of the l8:P
PS: BC skill is @ lvl 4, the extra lvl should give me another 5% on the resistances.
PS: Rof = 3.96 seconds:P
Damage mod: 5.845

I will kill this in any frig. If i have enough ammo. At 15km u do what? Cry? Also your cap will not last too much.
