Hello sir/madam who is looking for renting opportunities in nullsec.
Tribal Band has recently opened it doors up to renting as we are aware of a certain population who wish to simply be their own independent group and live in nullsec to do whatever they may want to do for a small fee.
We can give you this opportunity, but not simply for one system, but multiple constellations for an entry fee.
You see, our renting program is different from the old school way of renting in that we give you access to 4 constellations, 2 in Period Basis and 2 in Paragon Soul where you can rat, mine, build stuff and base out of for roams/pvp (if that's what you like).
This means you will be sharing resources with other inhabitants, however the risk of having a system locked down and the consequences are minimized since you can move your activities to a different system.
The following 4 constellations are what you will be given access to:
You will be free to setup POS' and of course you will have docking rights, offices, repairs, etc. in the stations in those areas.

The fee is as follows:
Quote:2B/montha base plus 50mil isk per member on your corp ticker.
Example: A 50 Man corp is 2bil + 2.5bil
(50m * 50) = 4.5bil a month. Deposit would be 2.25bil.
As well as some important notes to make:

- Rent is locked in on 3 month lease contracts. Prices will stay fixed for a 3 month period, at which point the prices may change or be renegotiated for the next 3 month period
- First months rent will include a half-month deposit. Any fines or reimbursements for AWOX related issues will come out of this deposit.
- Renting member corps are expected to pay their rent on time (1st of the month, every month, with the 7th an absolute deadline before termination). If joining between rental payment dates, corps are expected to pay a partial down-payment, to be negotiated with your designated contact.

No isk will be going through me.
All higher value moons r16's and up have presumably already been taken, yes.

Again guys, you will be scammed.... they will let you move in and then they will ransom your PoSes, and trap your assets in station so that you have to fire sell them omega cheaply.
With this whole donut of power thing going down, they are lacking targets, and as a result they are trying scams like this one just to give their pilots something to shoot at so they dont leave.......

So you do actually believe the corporations who are joining our renter alliance are all "fake" including their 15-20 + membership?

No isk is given or contracted to chars. It's a corporate contract to the holding corp of the renting alliance.
In this case it would be the holding corp of The Tribbles alliance which is "Chief of the Trribles".
As described in the alliance description the guy in charge of it all is Crelic and the diplomat Demerlis.

Guys,
I used to be in TRIBAL, this is an ALLIANCE wide scam.
They use it to get jump freighters on the cheap, or get kills... they will let you guys run fine for a couple months, and then all of a sudden you will loose docking rights, and your station will have 100 bubbles around it.
If you undock anything they will blow it up... if you leave assets in station you will not be able to get back to them, and they will put alliance rules saying that noone can by the assets for x amount of time, making it so that you the one getting screwed will lower the prices thinking you are just selling it for to much... after your jump freighters and carriers are so cheap, they will break their own rules and snatch them up.
They got 3 jump freighters for 9b once..... thats 3b each....

You were not scammed by TRIBE. You were scammed by a player in TRIBE. This is how scams work. Some dude PRETENDS he is in charge of the rental program when he really isn't. The player doesn't do his research and winds up losing isk. You were not scammed by a TRIBE diplo, HR or any toon in our holding corp. TRIBE did not receive the assets you were scammed out of. If we did that, it would be counterproductive.
You were scammed because you were being a dumb dumb with your iskies. And your campaign is just going to blow up in your face.
For folks that do want to rent from us, feel free to contact us in the aforementioned Tribe ingame channel. I defy you to find anyone who has been scammed by the folks authorized to negotiate with renters. Feel free to contact those in our rental alliance and ask their opinion of us and our rental program as well. Be smart, do your research, and you will see that renting from TRIBE is a great option for corps that want to get into null and experience space communism with us.
With that said, if you fall victim to Ammzi's schemes you deserve what you get and we don't want to rent to you anyway. |
