I got an agent offer requesting that i go to Oyeman in Amarr space to loot some tomb and bring back one unit of 'Temple Stone' in order to get my reward. So after a good while scanning the system thoroughly all I could find was a couple of 'Sacred Monuments' and a few rats although no sign whatsoever of this damned stone. I wonder if anyone else has had this offer and if so any clues as to how to find the stone would be greatly appreciated thx

well since the offer says that its at some conquistador's tomb orbiting a moon i figured there might be at least some form of POI to find.

I know for a fact that it is there you just have to find it.
Start by visiting every planet/moon, you will find it eventually...... one word of warning though....it might be camped.

I found it real easy, but i cant dmg the monument, guess i have to kill the guys, which seems impossible cause as soon as 1 dies another respawns...

And you can only open the can if you shoot all the rats guarding it if I remember correct.
Which would be great except as soon as i kill one it respawns

Sounds like an unlimited source of money to me... Unless you're killing them too slow that is...

yes i've had that from a l3 agent. The temple stone is in a "temple stone container" or something of the sort. The one i found had around 10 17.5k frigates and 5 cruisers (forget what size) guarding it. You cant loot the container until you've killed everything so unless you are in BS or HAC that can kill them fast (as the respwn rate is pretty quick) then you should probably bring a friend just to make it go quicker/easier.

The container should be a fixed one. It is not a container that drops from a ship or spawns or something. It is always there.......
Maybe you should have a look at the setting of your overview if you don't find the container?
Or you are not at the right location and should investigate other moons/planets in the system.
Because unless they've changed it I know exactly where to go to get the stones.
(you could always try and meet my exubirant price and buy one of me, I think I still have some gathering dust in a hanger somewhere)

Edited by: LT DAAAAAANN on 16/09/2005 12:17:00 The only fixed containers i see are secure ones from various other people. I did however take the time to warp to the other 110731-9841 bajillion moons in oyeman, and all i've found are some POSs
(btw this is kegger, cant get it to stop defaulting to my alt)

Isn't the stone in one of the monuments. I seem to recall you just fly up to the temple and 'open it' as you would a can.

I've read in other threads that there has been a problem with some spawns / POI since Coldwar. Don't know if it's related, but if it is it would be good to get that info from someone in the know. Haven't done the temple stone mission for some time now, but I never had a problem with it back then.

yeah well there is definitely no can to be found by those sacred monuments and as far as i can tell that is about the only POI in the system. I have scanned all over and all i can find is the usual junk. Its really getting on my nerves now and not long b4 my offer expires. Dev response would be nice even if just to prove me wrong and that the stone does exist
