ok, u know about the whole thing about people with bses goin in, letting off a few SB's, warping away 80 km, then instaing to gate? well, how about we just give concord giant railguns that can shoot people in midwarp and can home in on them and blow them up.

Unfortunately, railgun rounds don't go that fast.

how about lasers then? those are light speed, maybe add a little homing to them and there ya go

warp is faster than light in Eve either
btw, you cannot warp 80km.. the minimum warprange is 150km

how about, a big naked fat guy that has his own warp bubble, then as soon as you let of ya smarties the concord commanders shouts " unleash the gimp" and as your in warp he will fly up behind you and belly flop ya ship and swollow your pod.... oh wait, i think that was a dream i had..

Allow CONCORD to deny gate access to flagged players...let it stick for 15mins or so. It wont keep them from warping to some obscure safe area in system though. So now give CONCORD warp destablizers...everyone else has 'em.

Dintcha' all here? CONDORD are ·ber, it dont matter where you are or what you do, they WILL OMGWTFPWN your ass if you annoy them.
Plus avoiding CONCORD is classed as an exploit, we all know about them don't we.
I've tried many times to escape CONCORD and it dont happen, the best i ever got was to warp away to a planet, i was about to warp to another planet (my idea was to keep moving) and they spawned on top of me and that was me dealt with rather swiftly.
