as i see it the only way to use any sort of stealth tactics is to fit a cloaking device, to me this seems very boring since space is like.. big, so i was thinking of afew thing while sleeping at work the other day and im going to tell them to you....

this is just some little tweeks IMHO would do this ship well. this ship is a hybrid of caldari and ammar tech, it has been given more shield than armour, but bonus to armour. it has no damage bonus to its weapons and what weapon bouns it does ha...

for Tier 2 destroyers, how about giving them only 3 High slots and then instead of the standard -25% penalty give them a standard +25% RoF bonus. the rest of the high lots can be moved to mid's and low's so they can have a solid defence, that way...
