"economic warfare" isn't.
In very general and broad terms, if the other guy is making a profit off impeding your activities, it is a valid tactic and not considered "greifing". Examples of this include, but are not limited to
- merc wardecs
- ganking
- James315 et. al. Halaima nonsense
- can flipping
This article is completely misleading and the ISD who wrote it should be hit with "the shark" (and/or rams *********, cured in lactic acid). While the actions may be "griefing" in other games, they're not "griefing" as per the devs, unless they go too far.
"Too Far" in eve is usually defined as targeting a specific player -- e.g. you leave your system, and they follow you (note, this doesn't apply to something like the James 315 miner bumping that's happening in Caldari Hisec for the simple facts that a)they're profiting from it and b)they're not targeting one specific individual or corp and c)they have a defined area of operation)
The EULA mentions six "bad things" in the "conduct" section that the player can be banned for (there are more in the TOS), mostly relating to "don't break TQ, thanks!" and "don't bot".
TOS with all the rules.

But damn it, the problem with this kind of troll is (like a stereotype) it has a basis in truth.
