For immediate release
It was announced, late today after closed talks, that Oberon Inc and the British Space Corporation would be moving it's relationship on to a Tier Three basis (as defined at http://zap-robo.net/eve/).
Oberon Diplomatic Officer Moakious and BSC Communications President Zaphod Robotnik emerged from talks exultant. "The BSC was perfectly happy to offer Oberon a Tier Three relationship based upon their close friendship, assistance and custom over the last month", Zaphod announced to reporters.
Communication and cooperation between Oi and the BSC will now be escalated, beyond that nominally in place through the Syndicate Placid Commonwealth and their previous Tier Two arrangement.
About the BSC
The British Space Corporation are a multi-racial company based in and around the Tash-Murkon Region of the Amarr Empire. Specialising in high-end ship construction and fitting, the BSC were one of the first corporations to start producing the Moa-class Cruiser in Amarr Space.

Our close "friendship, assistance and custom" towards BSC made it an easy decision to go to Tier Three. A good combination in qualities; as different as they might be in some areas they are similar in goals for others. Only time will tell how much better this already great friendship can get.

Good luck to both of your fine corporations.
I can recommend both corporations, based on personal experience. Friendly and experienced staff. Doing business with either and you wont go wrong.

I would just like to add that all of us here in Oberon are very pleased with the formalizing of our new and improved realationship with BSC. BSCs honesty, integrity, and loyalty to their friends proved itself early on in our tier 2 relationship. Making a tier 3 just the next logical choice. A choice I am sure will not be a mistake.
I would also like send a hearty thankyou to all of the well-wishers here. All of your names have been noted. 
Morkt: You should be patting yourself on the back! You definately called this one. I had to chuckle the other day when reading your assumptions on us in the MDW. We had just discussed moving to a tier 3 with BSC.
