I've never heard of motorcycle rentals. don't you think they would require a US driver's license I'll ask around/look for you. i'm in LA http://www.motoquest.com/motorcycle-rental/long-beach-california-5 they don't specify US driver's license, but they do want you to have roadside assistance coverage. motorcycles are ... more than half the cost of a budget rental car (MSRP)... $115 a day... were you looking for a motorcycle, or something cheaper than a rental car? Just driving through in a U-Haul on the way elsewhere, we were almost involved in 5 serious, I mean really stupid and bad, accidents.
