ASCN hereby officially recognizes Stain Alliances Claim over the regions of Paragon Soul, Esoteria and Stain Proper. Further we recognize SAÆs standing claim to Omist as long as said region is not handed to a political or Military enemy of ASCN.
ASCN is removing our POSÆs from the Omist region and are surrendering control back to SA.
ASCN and SA will henceforth ônormalizeö relations with mutual +5 standings.
The terms of the current agreement are:
SA is allowed to travel freely through ASCN Space.
SA members my Rat hunt and Mine in the Western Feyth Region provided they use the ASCN refinery located in UB5-Z.
SA members will not mine Arknor or Bistot in ASCN Space.
SA may chase and kill mutual ASCN/SA southern enemies into ASCN territory.
SA will not place POSÆs in ASCN territory.
SA members will not run complexes located in ASCN space.
ASCN may freely travel in all SA territory.
ASCN may rat hunt in the regions of Esoteria and Stain Proper but not Paragon Soul.
ASCN may chase and kill mutual ASCN/SA southern enemies into SA territory.
ASCN members will not run complexes in SA space.
ASCN will not place POSÆs in SA territory.
Any Corps that are not ôofficialö members of the SA IGA but that will inhabit the Omist region must have a director from MASS EvE mail CYVOK for standings updates.
Standings between SE CorpÆs & ASCN will be honored until SE is officially dissolved (if they choose to take such action) However all official agreements between SE and ASCN are no longer recognized as SE will no longer be able to uphold their end of such agreements.
Standings on the ASCN side should be sorted within 24 hours. NBSI policy in ASCN territory is in effect, to include the Feyth & Impass Regions. All ASCN and SA members need to be careful about who they shoot at in the south until both sides have proper standings.

Im confused didnt ASCN sayd they will back SE?? Arnt the war still going on? and with that post dont it show you really are on SA side?. Anyway havent read much on the hole SE vs SA thing but plx explain im confused

In all fairness the war between SE and SA will never end. Cujy will make sure of that and when Cujo does a task he is dedicated to it...
The problem is all entitys in the South are now totaly neutral to this war they do not want to aid nor defend either side.
SE has no safe 0.0 space any more they will not be able to sustain themselfs... Allot like what happened with FA, Tornsoul poor soul just runs his little lottery thingy.(Yippe-I dont even play it.)

Lunas Feelgood : I think ASCN said they whould return Omist to whoever won the battle about Stain space.
SA are in Stain, SE are in Empire. CYVOK does what he said. Like a Red Alliance soldier said earlier here : Cyvok allways does what he says. Omist are returned to the winner.
I am looking forward to see what happens if Stain is again attacked from the outside, if ASCN will again block theire borders and remove SA from the 'east' to ensure it's own borders..
And ASCN did theire part towards SE. They removed SA from theire eastern flank. They locked down theire space so no SA forces could enter SE space from ASCN space. They let the internal dispute in stain, be just that, an internal dispute.

Space can never be 100% secure in EVE, but of course you don't care about that since you're a lame alt whose only purpose is to smacktalk SA. Go cry into some veldspar or something.

Omg, i remember 4h our camping without visual contacts on SA. But i local they outnumbered my gang 2:1. Once it was 5:1 due to logg off, the frig&cruiser fleet engaged us.
If you aint playing during US time, pls stfu, because i was there and from 18:00 - 23:00 when i logged SA was docked or Safespoted.
I voted to fight in empire, because i got bored to hell and hoped for more targets in empire. I remember SA telling me in local, that their tactic is to bore us to death.

I think that was the major problem with fighting. Different time zones.
We need a day without time zones! Everyone can play EVE at the same time! Kill at the same time! Die at the same time! And make everything crash at the same time cause 75k people is a lot!
Wouldn't it be fun to have an epic SA vs SE fleet battle, in DSS say, that has at least 200 people on each side?
Remove TimeZones FTW!

As a neutral to the politics in this fine mess, my only observation is that SA employ and encourage log off tactics so they dont need wcs tech really. Although not all do a fair majority of the ones i have seen in combat do, what will SA be known as? I feel SE deserve better.
