does anyone know which missions have a chance of spawning a commander, and what type, and what chance?
for example, lvl2 gone beserk ALWAYS spawns a commander frigate
i am told lvl4 mordus headhunters has a chance of spawning a mordus BS commander - never seen it tho.
does the chances of commander spawns change with sec lvl?
this only about missions, not belt ratting

lev 2 gurista gone beserk is afik the only one that spawns a commander 100% of the time (may be long standing bug?). All others are rare random spawns.
I have gotten commanders in lev 3 and 4 blockade so far. Have heard about the mordus commander but never gotten him to spawn myself.

i want to see an extra lvl put into some deadspace missions thats optional with a battleshipin it , that would PWN

I seem to recall either papa smurf or Zrakor saying it was being changed so that sec level effected the spawn chances of commanders in missions yes, so the people who took risks got more rewards, though I think also some sort of a disclaimer that the chances were probably never going to be that huge in any case.

I have had the Mordus Fleet Commander (i think its name) a 5 mil BS spawn twice on Mordus Headhunter. One had crap lot and the other dropped no can. One of the guristis gate missions has a chance of a commander though I never got one of those. All these missions were from Niyab and were lvl 4s, though I now one of the Mordus was in New Caldari I think. This was all before the missle nerf and the LP tied to sec stat change though, haven't missioned since then.

i did lvl4s in niya as well. never recieved a commanders on a mission apart from gone beserk lvl2, and i did 200k LP worth missions

I got a dread guristas frigate commander spawn on a lvl2 mission - it was some generic guristas encounter mission with several waves, forget which one exactly. It dropped a pirate implant, faction loot, and other named items totaling over 60 million worth. It must be extremely rare though because I've probably done a hundred of these and this was the only good spawn ever.

gone beserk is the lvl2 mission with a dread guristas spawn for definite. it is exactly as you descibed it, but the spawn happens EVERY time the mission is done
however there are several similar missions; maybe you got this one confused with another

The Mordus Headhunters level 4 has spawned a Mordus Fleet Commander the first time I tried that mission. Loot wasn't too much to celebrate, though.
