We will be holding another mass test on Singularity on Thursday, April 18th, at 19:00 UTC (= EVE time). What exactly is being tested? Graphical upgrades for capitals, drones, hangars, cyno jump-in effect How to connect to Singularity for this test: Read the Instructions at http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity and read general instructions about mass tests at http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Mass_testing. Try to setup your Singularity client as early as possible to avoid problems in the last minute. Join the in-game channels "MassTesting" and "MassQuestions" Test steps: Probably similar to: Meet in FD-MLJ Sub-capitals: Jump to X-BV98 Capitals: Jump to X-BV98 Warp to POS and kill the tower All sub-capitals: Jump to Poitot and warp to planet 1 Capitals: Jump to Poitot (directly to planet 1) Short drone fight Fleet W: Jump to X-BV98 and prepare gate camp Fleet X: Jump into the gate-camp and fight What else should I know? We will be moving players to the test system - join the channel massmoveme for this Please bring a good mix of ships, with a focus on capitals and drones! Skill points will be awarded on Singularity for this mass test The server population will be capped at 650 to avoid too heavy time dilation, make sure to log in early enough. Correct, Sisi is remaining the main public test server. Duality is normally only used for short tests in other code-branches. Normally, the moving channel is "moveme". You better use it, instead of sitting in "massmoveme" for the last minute. Also, @CCP Habakuk, I request a clarification: The FD-MLJ will be the test system for masstest? It isn't taking place in 6-CZ49 ? (i.e., it's not a typo?) For atleast the last few mirrors the mass test system has been FD-MLJ. You use the "massmoveme" channel to get to FD-MLJ. If you use the "moveme" channel you get moved to 6-CZ49. That is the free fire combat system with no capital ship restrictions. There is another nearby system with no capitals allowed. These two systems are for players to test things in an environment that does not require consensual combat. All other systems require permission to attack someone's ship or their structures. Area's involving mass tests (FD-MLJ/X-BV98) MAY allow non consensual combat DURING mass tests. YOU might know this if YOU read the post yourself that YOU inferred Mal Crichton didn't read. don't drink and post.
