Fellow muscle-ridden Fanfest attendees,
Some of us devs in co-operation with our brother in fitness, Roc Weiler, want to invite you to join us for a noon workout on Thursday the 25th at our local club, Mj+Ślnir, which is one of the biggest and coolest MMA clubs in all of Europe.
This should take around an hour all in all including warm up, stretches and showers.
The class we'll be doing is called Viking Fitness and is all about body-weight exercises, natural movement and high intensity intervals. Don't worry though...everyone is free to set their own pace so you don't have to be super fit to join and have fun.
And this particular class will be EVE themed and exclusive to our group :)
You'll need workout clothes and a towel, no shoes.
Cost (if any) will be minimal so bring a 1000 ISK with you just in case.
Let us know if you're thinking of joining or if you have any questions!
P.s. In case this is wildly more popular than we estimate we may have to cap attendance but it probably won't come to that since the room easily holds 80 people :)

Pull ups, push ups, sprints, jumps...just as an example. But we'll probably also do punching and kicking exercises on pads and stuff :).
It'll be varied and fun.
Oh and if someone wants to roll we have some Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioners in the group :)
