If such a change were make, would it be good? I see other things needed. I mean who wants to pay a dumb old NPC group powered by nothing more than an 8 bit AI to do that when you could be smart and hire REAL PLAYERS to do it for you right now... The more ISK making jobs in EVE for real players the better.

If you want someone dead, go and hunt them down yourself or hire a merc corp to do it for you. We need less NPC interaction and more player interaction. As for the Concord being tackle, that idea has some merit, as it allows players to interact more. Seem's ok, but it is unlikely to ever get implemented. Edit: Actually I just thought of a way that people could be trolled with this system. Don't kill them. Concord holds them indefinitely. That would inspire some tears I'm sure.

Sure, it would be neat if concord just permajams, webs, scrambles for a few minutes before execution, the theory behind this is they would be collecting evidence for your termination and in this time a beacon would go live and the target could be subject to mob justice

I think that players should have to decide this is the kind of game they want to play.. maybe they could take missions, or "sign up" with concord to be part of the task force or something. I don't know.. Concord isn't fast tackle though! They are justice... umm depending on how you look at the word at least.

If not, we could generate some stupid kill board of exhumer/barge getting many kills with drone and pretend high sec is fighting back gankers. This would "prove" miners can fight back so no further nerf to high-sec ganking are required. I mean if a miners can defend themselves, anyone can.
