I could tell you that there is no master plan - that each alliance and corporation does its own thing. We come together for important objectives when by chance the stars align every now end then. But that would be a total lie. The reality is that Juan Rayo controls everything the militia does from his fenced compound in the cocoa producing regions of Colombia.

I'm actually not sure if it's tears on the website.. I was quite interested to find a Caldari blog, but I honestly could not figure out what it was saying: Here is an example, with "sentence" (I use this word loosely) by sentence analysis. Nothing has been removed, all of these "sentences" were contiguous.

The WotM post was generally about corporations and not alliances. Secondly the original stats are from Poetic Stanziels blog.
