I feel great sympathy for WoW's OCR department about now. To have to deal with this issue in a constructive manner, oy vey!

Edited by: Jenny Spitfire on 23/09/2005 09:39:07 I wonder if something similar can occur in Eve. An example scenario.
At a level 5 Internal sec. agent: We have detected a highly escorted <faction name> convoy heading to <destination> carry a state of the art nano machines that can create spontaneous rust on ships in space. I want you to destroy the convoy and bring me 1 unit of the sealed container. The <faction name> may decide to test the nanites on you should you fail to destroy the convoy in less than 30 seconds.
At the scene: Oh no, why is my BS armour dropping quickly? Oh well, better go to Jita to fix it.
At Jita: *Loud explosions, screams and confusion*
Galactic wide news: Travel warning, as of <time>, all empire space is now locked down due to nanites plague. Please use alternative routes or stay in 0.0

Unfortunately all this story shows is that given the opportunity, certain members in a society will always prefer to destroy than create (give grief). This happens in all MMORPGS, Sims Online, EQ, Eve Online and WoW. I'm sure their devs will fix it.
But yes, WoW Syphallis - Priceless.
