It's 14:50 here in Newcastle, looking out of the window the weather looks pretty much as good as it gets here..
You'll be relieved to know there's no storm however it's a little windy.

great meeintg everyone! What an awesome evening!
I'll clear up the whole "thrown out" debacle.
It was me who was thrown out. We've had some discussion about it and come to the conclusion that the bouncer was trying to impress this bird he'd brought along... He'd sprung into action after a few of us had taken a **** outside the venue.
He attacked me by grabbing my thraot, so I threw a punch at him, which he then went on to try to explain that I had assaulted him.. it's sort fo strange the way bouncers in Newcastle think... It's sort of like they're stupid or something.. This guy had literally tried to choke me, had my face grinding off the pavement with his horrific thighs... and I'd resisted, the sense of entitlement is astonishing...I couldn't say what motivates the mind of someone who is in charge of who can and can't go inside of a building but it's fair to say that if he died of ***** cancer tomorrow no one would care.
Anyway; I got detained outside by my head as this fat manchild thrust his knee into my face, he tore my Tshirt to bits and I have cuts down my neck, all down my arm and face.. I shall be pressing charges.
I'd still be there if it wasn't for my good Alliance friend rescuing me by issuing a swift kick to this dipshits head, this meathead who was determined the police would turn up any minute and arrest me for being assaulted.
The police turned up and this bellend ran away, we went back to find him and kick his face off but he'd absconded from the venue apparently, or he'd gone back inside to liase with the horrific looking chick he'd brought with him and was so eager to impress.
It didn't really ruin the night because we'd had an ace time before that and we are sort of used to bouncers being a laughing stock here in newcastle. Thanks to CCP Unifex for being the awesome, and the rest of the Dust514 test team for turning up and not really knowing what eve was about!
TraderJohn was awesome, SamauriJack was awesome.. everyone we met was awesome good night !

Wait, so you took an old time toley outside the venue and expected the staff to be civil to you? Are you living on mars or a further colony?
I should have been more clear, no one was disputing that we should have been thrown out it.. we were hammered and being bellends, it was more the whole being attacked thing that was quite inconvenient, for our drunken state we were actually trying to be quite co-operative in leaving we had other places to be and the night was young!  |
