Cheapest thing I spend money on each moth for the amount of time I get out of it. The extra 3 or 4 bucks I'd save just isn't worth playing eve without more hardware/more CCP staff. $15 a month for 20-30-40+ hours of play? cheap as hell.

i agree with the stop increasing ;p they should have enough to buy upgrades without that extra few bucks ;p

$15 is already cheap, much cheaper than cable and tbh cable blows compared to this. I'd rather see them put the money to good use making the game better than saving $2 a month.

just buy in multi-month batches. save your few dollars and give more upfront isk.. uhh.. cash for CCP to tear out the datacenter and add some named CPU expanders.. um.. nevermind, maybe Tek should go lay down now.

I'd rather have them use the new income to upgrade the server so it doesn't get completely unplayable every time the alliances have blob wars

it costs about ú120 a year if you just pay monthly for eve..thats feck all for the hours people are playing it. just expand the servers and keep up with the new content please :D

Pre-EVE expenditure on games: $40-$120/month (2-4 titles, console+PC)
Eve cost: ~$15/month
Post EVE expenditure on games: $25-40/month (.5-1 title, console+PC)

Well there is a place called togo's eatery.. out in California. They got a Hot pastrami to die for....about $8.90 for a half a foot sub $10.00 for the foot long.
As for the price of Eve...do you not enjoy the game? If so why take the money out of the pockets of the guys who slaved over hot keyboards till the wee hours of the night doing codes and artwork drinking stale Quafe, and lousy pizza makeing this game so you could enjoy it? (ment that to be longer)
No, I think CCP has earned every red cent I pay them for my 15 hours a week enjoyment.
CCP: Yes please update hardware, Get some decent soda stocked for the employees. And maybe a better pizza ??

Before playing EVE, I used to buy games in boxes.
They'd cost about ú30, and maybe do me for a couple of months before I got bored.
Compared to the ú48 or so that a 6 month subscription is costing me, for a game that I can, and do play daily for ... well quite a few hours.
No, keep the subs and welcome. Add some more servers so the lag ain't so bad, and the content patches every few months, and I'll remain happy.

Sorry how much extra was the exodus upgrade cost, oh yea it didnt cost a thing, but the game got a load better.
Nah i dont mind either...
But hopfully more new players will counter the effects of ever increasing server costs, but a small hike in price is fine.

Alright, who told him about the out of date Quafe supply?
In answer to the original poster, CCP raised prices a long time ago, and had to charge European players VAT. Since then, CCP has given subscription discounts for multi-month subscriptions. At this time, we do not plan in increasing subscription prices, and will continue to give free content updates and expansions.

Dude...i'm all for saying "yeah, i'm happy to pay the sub cost" but don't go admitting you'll pay more! Sheesh, they'll jump on that like a cat on a dying spider and do one of those surveys:

Can we pllllllllllease have the second account at 1/2 price thing again soon. I was a n00b when I saw that and I was thinking, why the hell would people want more than one account... well, now running 3 I know
