I think its great that all the poor miners are finally going to stand up to the nefarious Goon menace that if left unchecked will inevitably result in the death of EVE. All highsec corps and alliances interested in taking down GSF should merge into a single gigantic alliance and push the goons out of highsec forever and then take the fight to them in their own territory!
Also whoever turns out to be the leader (or at least the democratically elected speaker of the supreme council) should make sure to make a loud, vitriolic statement of intent on the forums and issue a set of stern demands to goonswarm (definitely try to get Mittens to step down from the CSM as his corrupting influence has gone too far).
It is generally the opinion of the vast majority of the players in EVE that Goonswarm is the worst thing that ever happened and that everything they do is completely unfunny and extremely harmful to the game, so I expect that you will get lots of support. |

I'm torn. I kind of want to see him crushed and broken right now, but I feel like it might be funny to see what happens if he gathers some momentum. |

I don't think you so much hit upon a nerve so much as a logical fallacy. As Ngoa pointed out, miners arent exactly known for either their ability to effectively organize or pvp.... I, for one, highly anticipate this upcoming rabble of pubbies trying to do something other than their typical routine of mindlessly staring at asteroids for hours on end. Edit: Apparently he's really gaining traction! His alliance is now up to 4 whole corps with 71 total members! But don't worry, there's hundreds more corps waiting to join, trust him on this one...

On a serious note, when can we expect that war dec'd? I am sure our ice gankers are tried of refitting ships and this would be a welcome change.
His alliance has the same number of people as it did when the thread started and tactical knightmare are busy blowing them to bits. At this rate I think you can bet on seeing a dec from them in 6-9 months. |
