Good Evening Istyn,

I am Crystan Jakri and I am writing to you regarding your recent war dec against The Empire for Freedom.

I don't know what your reason for declaring war against them was, but shortly after the vote was passed in your Corp they approached me about joining my Alliance. They were responding to a mail I have sent to a LOT of Corps to rally a Resistance movement against Goonswarm. I agreed to accept their allegence in the above campaign, and accepted their application. Your dec became active in the 24 hour period that it takes for a Corp to be formally inducted into an Alliance.

You may or may not be aware by now, but you have therefore also declared war against an Alliance, MY Alliance, the Multicultural Industrial and Combat Alliance. Due to this, the cost for you maintaining this war will be far greater, and I expect that you did not see this coming.

Assumption is the mother of all **** ups as they say, but I tend to have a nack for it so I will push it out there that you're either a griefer or Merc Corp that has chosen to dec The Empire for Freedom for profit. I will tell you now, that MICA does not negotiate in order to pay with anybody who is viloent towards us.

No matter how bad it may get, you will not get a single penny from The Empire for Freedom or anybody else for that matter within the Alliance. The war will NOT be muteral, which means that you will essentially be paying a LOT of ISK for something which you will get nothing out of.

Because of the fact that I have started a resistance movement and have sent out a mail to over 200 CEO's, many of which are now supporting us, I would politely advise that you drop the war dec and channel your efforts towards somebody else. The support we are gaining is growing daily, and we will soon have the numbers we need to take on Goonswarm themselves.

I really do advise that you consider your options here, take it from another CEO and an Alliance Executor. There is nothing in this war for you.

I have forwarded my Resistance mail to you for you to read...just so you can see how serious I am and how much support we have gained.

Please don't take this mail lightly. I am giving you just one chance to heed it's warning.

Dear Fellow CEO,

I am writing to you as I expect that you, like myself, have grown tired of sitting and waiting for Goonswarm to attack us and those like us whenever they feel like it. This new act of agression MUST be stopped before it is allowed to continue any further.

This week I was sitting mining in one of my local belts quite happily when I was scouted by one of the Goon's spies. I luckily had time to recall my drones and dock my Hulk, but it was a close call. Not long after, the Goons showed up in the system, and I observed them (cloaked) heading to all the belts looking for Miners. I had recalled all of my guys to the station by this point, but if I hadnt noticed the scout we would have all been podded.

This CANNOT be allowed to continue any longer. What I propose is that a concentrated effort is made by every single Corp opposed to the Goons in order to try and get a Resistance organised to drive these bastards back to whatever **** hole they came from once and for all.

Now the Corps who join the resistance need not be Combat Corps. As I expect you all know, there is a lot more to fighting a war on EVE than just buying ammo and fitting ships. If this plan is to succeed and we are to gain the necessary numbers and strength to fight these bastards off, we need a home front and a front line. The two will form a United Resistance Front (UNF), and combined will grow to become one of the largest Player Factions there is in EVE if things go right.

Getting support for this resistance may not be easy, but I strongly believe that I am not the only one who wants to do something about this Incursion. In order for this to work, we need to get as many Corps and Alliances involved as we possibly can and we all need to declare war against the Goons simultaneously. Only then will they see that they can't go round ******* with Industrial Pilots and do what they please.

The best way that I see of fighting them back is to do as they do. We can easily assemble (with the right backing) plenty of "expendable" ships to fight back at them with and see if they like a taste of their own medicine.

As far as numbers go, if this plan works to the extent I hope it does, we will have FAR more numbers than anything they could ever amass. The simple fact is, they have pissed of the majorty of the Cluster and the Cluster wants them the **** out of the game.

We will NOT all end up camping inside stations. For a start, as I said above we will end up with far greater numbers than them and they CANNOT attack us all at once. Secondly, if we get enough "Home Front" Corps backing us up who will work to the muteral interest of the Resistance movement, our Front Line forces will have no problem with loosing ships. After all, we're all fighting a common enemy here and we need to put aside any differences we may have and ******* deal with these bastards before it gets out of hand.

Finally...money...I have no doubt that a United Resistance Force (URF) will have any problem pulling together ISK that we need to fight this war. It's really very simple...either we all unite, or we all will fall.

I understand you may be pessimistic regarding this matter, and may not see this plan working out for the best. The truth is that we HAVE TO TRY, but if you wish to not involve your Corp than that's fine. But the simple fact is that if the URF IS created and the effort becomes a reality, MY ALLIANCE AND MANY OTHERS WILL BE GOING TO WAR WITH THE GOONS. You can either join us and do your bit to defend your right to play the game as you wish to, or sit back and help the Goons take victory. After all, anyone who doesnt help the Resistance may as well walk into the Goon base, drop their pants, bend over and tell them to do them as hard as they like.

Sorry for the strong words, but the fact is that this is how it is. I expect that The Cluster WILL be going to war one way or another over this, it's just a matter of time. At the end of the day, WE didnt ask for this. The Goons have GOT to learn that they can't just **** with Industrial Corps like this, and it will also send a strong message to every mother ******* Griefer and merc Corp out there that WE WILL NOT be bullied any longer.

WE WILL give them a run for their money and WE WILL WIN. United, there are more of us than there EVER will be of them, and as a United Front we can all pull together like never before and force the Goons into oblivion.

This will be a great war the likes of which has never been seen before on EVE, but I CANNOT do it without YOUR support. So please, join me not only yourselves, but speak to whatever contacts you have and get the word out that there IS a Resistance that IT IS NOT PREPARED to put up with this crap for any longer!!!
