However, it is more than substantial enough that many people will never vote for Darius again. Just so we are in the clear on this..What exactly has Darius leaked? If he has leaked information in regards to upcoming patches/nerfs/buffs/pertinent to EVE infrastructure then fair enough but if it's just chat bullshit in a SKype channel about Mit's and things I would find this rather sad and pathetic.

I can assure you 100% that I had no problems bringing this up. I would think if I were guilty (I am not) I would just have let it be.I had the realization that coming out with everything I had could potentially make it look as if I had something to hide. Weighed against keeping my silence, I chose to come forward and assert the truth. I went to all relevant parties and asked them to turn over any and all information to CCP.

If Darius seems to think he was being set up by Goons, Mittani or Vile Rat then I would tend to believe him even without the evidence. Why you might ask? Well because Goons and especially Mittani are known liars and cheats and Mittani has been known to falsify chat logs in the past on many occasions. Mittani seems to have a knack for spinning the truth and taking even the most unbelievable lie and providing false proof to it.
