How odd, I have not seen news nor report about any 'leveled' home districts. Also, I do not believe he has advertised his home?

A quick update.
We have managed to begin a partial decryption of the encrypted block. Embedded in the block is the identification registry number corresponding to a Nyx-class Supercarrier, as well as control codes. We are doing a search to determine whether the construction was logged in a registered nanofacturing facility. Despite this unsurety, we are relatively sure that the code is a valid code, and that the Supercarrier does indeed exist.
We are redoubling our efforts to decrypt the remainder of the encrypted block.

Thank you Scherezad for your untiring labor in this Operation.
I find myself again having to step out of my own comfort zone and ask my fellow capsuleers, many of whom are skilled and experience warriors, to not wait to muster yourself to meet this threat. Praparations must be made and pilots must be ready to move to stop Captain Sky at short notice. It is a matter of time before location information is determined but lead time will likely be very short. We also may be receiving other intelligence soon that will help us out.
This is a woman who has sworn to take vengeance. She has clearly indicated that loss of life matters not. Whatever her plans are, they are set in her mind and she is determined to carry them out. My encounter with her has convinced me that she is fully capable and will not hesitate to use what she possesses to bring about the most destruction possible. If another Malkalen is to be prevented it will take a concerted and united effort.

An urgent status report;
We have been able to complete a more thorough decryption of the encrypted block, and the data is troubling.
The datagrams concur with previous investigations by LDIS, confirming that the Nyx is currently in low-security space. There has also been troubling communication protocols used - they are concurrent with Sansha's Nation communication systems. We thus expect the involvement of Sansha's Nation.
We are currently working on decrypting the final segment of the block, but we have decrypted enough to show a timestamp of 19:00 celestial time, tomorrow, 115.05.05.
If one were to make guesses, we suspect that this is the launch time. We have asked LDPS to be on high alert in low-security areas where able, and especially in areas where a National Incursion is ongoing or expected. |

According to the latest decryption above, this is approximately six hours away. Operation Whitehall is working non-stop to locate the system where this will initiate. 100,000's, perhaps millions of innocent lives are at stake. Marlona Sky must be stopped. We urge a mass of capsuleer minimally crewed vessels to prepare to meet this potential catastrophy. This will be about saving lives; as many as can be saved.

We just received word from Whitehall. The latest decryption reveals that Marlona Sky plans to take the stolen Nyx and ram the Federal Administration Information Center orbiting Caldari Prime in an act of vengeance for Federation Crimes against the Caldari. "For Malkalen, For Caldari Prime! were specific references noted. We do not yet know from where she embarking. Please stand by.

Please, captain Sky, give up this futile plan. Does your crew deserve to be destroyed. DO the inhabitants of the Station in Luminaire deserve death. Please surrender the Nyx. I have arrived at Proteque Pharmaceuticals and have attempted to contact Captain Sky. She has not answered. I am concerned that she is bent on proceeding. A little over 15 minutes before she has sworn to launch. We can only hope in that time, she will change her mind from this destructive and mad course.

Proceeding from the station, I orbited the Nyx and attempted contact. I was unsuccessful and was destroyed ship and pod. I am proceeding back to make another attempt. My main concern now is her crew. Many capsuleers are attempting to disable/destroy the ship and I doubt that allowances will be made for the crew.

We are profoundly sorry for the loss of your crew, Pilot Sky. Though we are grieved by your intent, we cannot deny that those who served you were selflessly brave and at least died for what they believed in. We also commend the thousands who gathered to stop your plans for mass destruction. Some, though, were there only to kill and to take advantage of the situation.
Your continued threat is troubling. We hope that you might find the way of peace.
Now we make a specific and public plea to you. If Mr. Cobbs is still alive, we ask that you release him to The Disciples of Ston. I am currently enroute to the Jita trade hub where the Minmatar Emissary, "Mr. Cobbs" has been brought and awaits transfer to our care. We do not yet know his condition or what care he may need. We only received notification from Captain Sky that arrangements had been made for us to pick him up in Jita. Because Mr. Cobbs is an Emissary of the Minmatar Government, we invite a request from the Minmatar Administration for the return of their employee. In the mean time, we will see to his medical and psychological needs.
