am a Newbie,
NEVER played or heard about EVE before,
Now 15 hours into the game,
Made 180 million, without the helping of anyone.
AM I the fastest or what ^^ !

account inactive, made a trial account, did a 1/10 sansha complex 1 hour after i made the char, got a true sansha webifier :P 37mill in 1 hour ;o

With knowledge its very easy to make alot of isk fast.
To make 180mil in 15 hours from creation with no knowledge of the game I would guess you have to do one of three things:
Scam it.
Be damn good at begging.
Get some good advice and get damn good drops.
A newbie can easilly do 1/10 and 2/10 complexes solo and those can drop very nice loot. Personally Im hoping the Curor and Dramiel will start dropping soon and when they do I will sell the first coupple of ones I get on escrow for insane amounts of isk just like I have done with many other faction ship BPC's.
As for making fast isk, back when I was new I managed to make enough isk to buy myself a stabber, a hoarder, all the needed skills and still have enough isk to be able to fill my hoarder with antibiotics in the first week of playing.
Back then that was fast, especially as ships were alot more expensive.
On your 180mil I can only congratulate you and hope that you got them from good drops, if you got it from a scam or from begging then Im afraid I simply dispise you :)

I would suspect that depends on what he does with the isk.
If he just shows it off and keeps it out of player hands then he hasnt broken any rule I suspect, if he on the other hand buys your 20 Ibises for 100mil each he will most probably be in alot of troubble.
I would very much suspect they are monitoring the actions of GM's alot more closely then they are players :)
