Short question,
how often a R&D Agent will give BPOs to players ?
Is it one each month or how can I see it ? Would be nice to see it in the R&D Agent info.
Also, is there a different between Tech I and Tech II BPOs or is the value of given BPOs to player on each the same ?

At the moment there are only 8 of each Tech 2 BPO given out by R&D agents. They're already all been given out and the only new ones to come out will be when a new Tech 2 module/ship becomes available.

Theres players out there who have been running 5 R&D agents for over a year and have nothing.
You might never get anything.

Is there a limit set on tech1 BPO?
Im a newish player and looking to get into manufacturing and id like to know I can get origanls of tech1 at least, cheers.

I got a t2 bpo from my bad level 2 agent at 1500 points a year and a half ago. Then, this weekend, I got another offer for 8500 points from the same agent. Haven't got squat from the agent with 115k RP though.
So I think I can agree with those that say this is totally random.
