CCP should classify items as "special edition" (unique item) or "limited" (unique item that will not be released to the game again). I mean, for all we know the special BC may be released as a Christmas gift or something down the line... As of now it's very confusing to understand if an item is actually valuable or not.

IIRC this is a merchant instruction and not an Amazon limitation. Plenty of Amazon stores support overseas shipping. Got my D3 and Skyrim Collector's editions and many other games this way. I have emailed the folk running the eve store, and their response is that they will not be adding my country to their list of supported destinations in the foreseeable future. They even asked me to get someone in the US to buy it for me. I do not have that luxury.

Thank you for your time. well, there could always be a bug in EVE by accident, resulting in anyone who cashed in codes for caneled purchases to be mistakenly flagged as suspect anytime they undock, until they buy a CE.

To be fair, all the different divisions within both CCP and Amazon communicating here can be somewhat confusing for all parties. basically spitfire has to get with amrketing, marketig ahs to get with amazon, amazon has to get with the people in charge to OK early releases, then amazon gets back to CCP, CCP says cool, tells the players, Amazon still ahs to get in contact with all of its staff and setup an early access for codes (sicne the codes would haev liekly been tied into an automated release on shiping date). aswell as that support ticket, the people who deal with thsoe tickets very rarely actually look at the products that are ebing asked about, if they see "codes" and "preorder" they will give the "on-shipping" response, regardless of any unique ircumstances that may or may not have been arranged for that particular product, nor would they expet to be informed of it, as this would be a detour from Amazon's usual operating procedures. TL;DR Amazon support ticket emans nothing ebcuse people who respond with those dont even look up information if all they see is keywords (try actually mentioning ircumstances surrounding that particular product bwefore emntioning the codes and whatnot, that way they may actually look into it). All in all, im sure CCP is at least trying to get the best possible resolution out of this, it just takes time, ebcause of the way people have to communicate. edit sorry for spelling and maybe some halfway thoughts and hatnot, im tired, after a nap maybe ill come and tighten up some thinsg in the post if necessary.

The general consensus now is that amazon orders will get EVERYTHING the EVE store orders get, however, our codes are being sent out a bit delayed since amazon, CCP, and whatever other parties involved did not exactly have their **** together in the first place. The current estimate is next week for us to get out codes.

CCP expected them to be emailed with the placement of the preorder, not realizing that Amazon only ships preorder codes WITH the product shipment, leading to some confusion, CCP promising to get the codes sent out, Amazon stonewalling. But basically, people want the Nefantir Thrasher code that is supposed to be sent out the second you order it, like in the EVE Store. Honestly, as long as Spitfire can promise that we WILL get the codes, and that they WILL still be valid to redeem, even if we have to wait until october, then i dont see a major issue, personally.

The "major issue" is that a lot of people ordered the CE edition through amazon to avoid the gouging from currency conversion in the main store. The main store codes have already been sent out, and people have the thrashers on the market. With each new thrasher put in the game, the value goes down; So everyone wants their codes fast to sell the thrasher to collectors. So in a nut shell people are mad because their investment is not paying off as much , or are pissed because they don't get what they are paying for (which includes fast delivery of the code)

This might explain why some people didn't get codes in spite of ordering early. I then asked via petition and a gm assured me it should still have the preorder stuff, so I tried purchasing from amazon. On checking out however, I was gonna be charged tax which was same as the shipping from eve store. Dunno why, as this was the first time I've seen something off amazon being charged tax. In the end, just ordered via eve store so I won't have to worry about whether or not the codes were included. A couple minutes after placing my order on evestore, I got the email confirmation of the order and the codes. Haven't tried out the codes yet though.
