I read in the Oveurs Blog that future Tech3 will come from hacking and arqueology.
It would be nice to have some new tech2 ships with bonuses to hacking and arqueology.
Just my 2 cents

Actually, it has been mentioned that components from mini-profession are very likely to play a big part in Tech III, although its way to premature to speculate at this point.

No, it means it's more involved than gathering RP and it means it requires either:
A) Player interaction *GASP* to get said components (Buy it, find regular suppliers or team up with someone)
or
B) Go out there and get it yourself

Will the RP increacing items be in COSMOS areas only or will they be avalible in most complexses?
also: how easy would it be to simply "get them ourselves" ? I allways thought research was ment to be solo.
