[61] ok... 1st replay we can base a discussin on... so tell me, why i can not fly back to my stuff in YZ-LQL! I named xan, cause the facts r told me by 2 of them... when can i get back to fountain as promised ? a corp made was attacked without askin just on his way out, cause he was not online the day fountain closes and the alliance was not worked out. here is no statement, nothin where i can get information whats goin on. im sittin here with promisses as i left fountain on the one hand, and the facts now on the other! its xan themselves who let them smell like bad guy... lock at all those arrogantly replies here... tell me... what goin on? --------------- "just my 2 isk" |

thats what i did yesterday and was told i have to pay 500k isk a day! that why i posted this story! who sorted out the members? my corp is friendly small corp tryin to survive and have fun some hours a day... i want to take part in the alliance and if neccessary i will fight against all PKlers with my heart and my sould... even if i am only in a small thorax! But my corp isn't in the Alliance! Why? what do we need to get in ? it's kind of raccism u chose the members... and now ur will tell me ur behaviour is honorable? sorry... i recoqniced i wont understand all those ironic posts here... but all my fun and stuff and things to do in eve i left in fountain caused by promises... and now? doors r closed and i wont let in! so what? Xanadu shows off as the leader of the alliance... and now u wanna tell me the pirate behaviour of Xanadu is honorable! PAH! i want to go back to my stuff and hunt some NPCs for fun... nothin else... and thats what i said 1000 times... but i was pushed out cause im useless for ur big honorable aliance! PIRATES! nothin else! Fountain was honorable BEFORE xanadu arrives... now its an system like all other blocked 0.0 systems in eve. no chance for small corps... no chance for noops! u r expecting more users in eve LOOOOOOL ... everybody will see in a week that this game has no place left for individuals or small corps and for ppl who r not playin 20 hours a day cause they have reallifes! My corp belongs to the FA but still I have yet to see Xanadu or evolution attack anyone without being provoked. I've heard the story's but until I see it with my own eyes there just that, story's. I'm not a slave to Xanadu or Evolution. But being a hauler I am a slave to my corperation. hehehe... Sometimes a willing slave to the FA. Evolution were podding ppl as they were trying to leave a station they had camped outside of on Saturday whilst initially trying to claim the region. To make matters worse they had created so much lag (I'm not saying it was intentional) that the 1st I knew of a confrontation was my frozen corpse floating in space when I eventaully entered space. |

[75] CoRM is part of the alliance. I'm not Xanadu or EVOL nor we have close links with them before the alliance was set up. I'd like to point out that: 1) The alliance has been setup on Monday. Anything which happened BEFORE monday is the past (war between 2 factions in fountain mainly) and the new alliance can't be blamed for anything which happened before monday. 2) There are no slaves/minions/whatever in the alliance. It's just that time is needed to set up things going on. you can't make 30 corps alliance working as a perfect ruling body in 1 day. But the rules inside the alliance are based on democratic voting of all corps. Just wait some time before firing accusations which are simply false. 3) Since Fountain Alliance was created (again, MONDAY) ALL members of the alliance behaved within what was agreed. 4) Fountain region rich... i don't know what you were smoking but last times before alliance Fountain were ripped off. It's just pure math: if you get 500 people mining the same 15 systems you make simply the region poor like Imperial space. After all, even in RL, Natural parks are created to preserve their natural richness. 5) All are blaming Fountain alliance now. But other regional alliances are set up, and their policy are far more strict than ours. We are giving members time and time and time to move out and allow them to get inside later (when passes or applications are processed/set up. |

[77] ok.. so the question mark in my topic was answerd with no. to bad nobody understands the weak. i was in fountain at about 4 weeks and makin my isk with huntin NPC, not minin! and i am half way to a battleship. Ok sounds funny to sime of u, but im will be proud to sit in a BS without the help of other! and thats the point why i am so angry about thing goin on these days... the promises where made are now not the reality. I want to take part in the alliance, but was sorted out! no reason why... can u explain me which condition must be fulfilled to take part in the FA ??? sounds to me like i wrote in my story: the strong let in to supress the weak! But ok... i am a troublemaker... thank for stealing me the fun of the game cause i belive the word said before... contact me ingame and i want a indypilot who helps me gettin my stuff to another region. tell me the price! ...and then fountain is history for me! maybe even this game, cause there is definitly no space for beginners and for ppl only wanna have some hours a day fun. --------------- "just my 2 isk" |

His only business in the region has been to mine, kill pirates and yes... he helped defending the region from pirates too. I see no wrong in the creation of an Alliance to claim a region, but be honest about your intentions. Do not state that you intend to keep the region "free" when you in fact intend to kick everyone out who is not part of the alliance. Passes to Fountain will be available at a later date. 5. Applications for being in Fountain reched about 100+ corps, MOST have been processed and put on a waiting list, til the waiting list is processed, they will have to leave. 6. Agressions from any corp not in Fountain Confed. will result in timely removal of the same corp. These are not hard things to understand, nor hard things to do, this is what Fountain Confed. has decided and agreed on. Until Passes to the region is available, all ppl *not* in, or on the waiting list, *will* have to leave. Now, again, monday was when the negotiatins was done, the red tape to handle all this is enourmous, and everything takes time. Again, simple rule of thumb, if not *in*, make sure to leave til everything is sorted. Regardless if your corp has been there for 6 months, 2 days or whatever, if not *ON THE LIST*, vacate the area til you are *ON THE LIST*. And by creating thread such as this, i suspect that you arent really increasing your chances of getting in. The laws in Fountain are being created, not by those outside, but those inside, in the alliance, and whatever you may have to say about the laws we in the allaince creates, these are the facts. Call us bullies, call us pirates, call us whatever you wish, the fact remains that we in the alliance knows why we are doing this, and that it is a democracy within the alliance. For all those who think that might does not make right or laws, i urge you to go to Venal, or Stain. Then come back and say that you could fly around freely in there. If you could, great, but you cannot in Fountain, unless you are a member. |

Will that make it any easier of the corps/people that aren't in the FA? No. The corps in the FA are working hard to keep fountain safe. It will take some time to sort things out. With every new corperation theres some problems. But the FA are a bunch of corperations that see that fountain can be a peaceful region without the aid of Concord. Just let the powers in Fountain do their job. In fountain, security is very tight. The Fa has warned all pilots of that. If you come down there you will be asked to leave.
