The fact you think that the delay is due to some mysterious 'spin' is the tinfoil, but hey.
Turnout is still pretty close to usual afaik. |

We dropped down to 12.12%, the percentage of people who voted dropped 4 and a half percent, the first time it has dropped since the CSM became year long terms. Why did they only mention the number of votes cast and not the percentage of eligible voters, like they have every other year in their dev blog. The answer is spin control.
