how are the customs offices going to work in wormhole space? i may have missed something, but the impression that i got was that you need sovereignty to place them. |

wont matter until PI becomes expensive, at least in nullsec... i mean if i could spend 50billion isk to increase my PI production by 5000% it would be worth it, but these custom office things will be like 1-5billion isk, not worth hiring dust mercs. |

I might be wrong - but this gives the impression high sec planets with their Concord control will not be fought over via the Dust combat system? |

nope they can be built in Low sec, npc null sec, sov null sec, and yes wormspace
