You want official statement, you have it.
In last two days we received information about hostile acts against our members by Fountain alliance.
As I said early RUS corp does not accept any alliance rules, especially which prevent fling any region.
As I also said all hostile acts against RUS Corp will be supresed by the most furios manner.
We would not want to be in war with us - you have to warn your members not to attack ours. Also it would nice if you left location which is battlefield. We don't want inocent victims.
Next, all millitary operation was against 2 corporations, but during operation we were attacked by few other fountain corps. So don't be surpraised if will be attacked.
Right now we lost 1 battleship, fountain lost 5 battleships and 20-30 cuisers. It's impossible to say more accurate.
Quanity of drones and lag was huge. I hope you'll se those screenshots.
Now about NAP. If any corporation would like to help us - it's representative must send oficial statment to Ronin, copy to me and warn their members.
The easiest way to secure your corp and yourself is never threaten RUS corp members and not lay down any conditions

I wont go into any details about the "CTD-Orgy" of today, as all involved corps know about it well enough.
And i surely wont start about how you made a big mistake by coming to fountain or anything of that kind.
Because honestly i'm looking forward to the next battle.

PropanElgen entered Fountain at 10pm GMT friday the 1st of August.
Using extreme fighting skills, he put down 10 BS, 30-50 cruisers and some 80 frigates.
PropanElgen only lost about 20% shields on his Ibis (That was caused by CTD tho).
All the angels and the puny men of god looked away...
Frightened to death by the evil that was born on that day!

Ok, fountain alliance is a pirate attempt but it's a copy of SA. Kill SA and kill the whole crap of 'claming' NPC space.

I'm actually happy people do things like this.
It creates some well needed action.
I only wish we could get mroe reports from events through some kind of news system.
Preferably with some screenshots and stuff.

Alpha Centauri your roleplaying of an utter tard character is simply amazing.
I still remember you from the internal fountain war 1 week ago, both sides loosing battleships and cruisers and generally having fun, you were the one that had to break it all by talking smack in local and posting pathetic conspiracies on the forums...

Technolisa decided to come into Fountain, dock at a station immediatly, and proceed to troll local chat for a few hours.
Yes. She came in, and started insulting people in local. Of course, the FA would have none of this and told her to leave or be destroyed. She got away due to the 'Derelict' bug, and said "I'll be back soon" as she jumped out.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, THAT was the hostile act against RUS.
You know what I think?
I think the Bear is getting old, and is finding out that he can't quite be as dominant as he once was or claims to be... but he thinks his roar will still scare people.
RUS is finished if they act this arrogant, no single corp or alliance will have to destroy them, they'll stick their necks out for the axe themselves. "The rules don't apply to us, bow before us or die," they say. RUS, as of the next patch, you're finished. Your cowardly tactic of docking whenever your shields are down won't work anymore. You'll learn to fight somewhat honorably or not at all.
I think after a few solid losses, you'll probably learn that picking fights can be a very bad idea. Maybe you'll also learn the value of allies.
All I can say is: If you think you're as great as you say you are, wait until the patch and then bring it on. We (every sensible corp in Eve) will be waiting for you.

I wish I had a screenshot of Technolisa in chat, but I don't.
However, most people here know your character, your prior history of erronius information and your total lack of reliability when it comes to battle reports, etc.
She did come into Fountain on her own, she did sit in the local chat inside the station and verbally berate us and insult us. We debated attacking her because we suspected you were looking for an excuse to attack us. We never got the chance to attack. Between the derelict bug and her not leaving the station in YZ-LQL, we never could pin her down. That is the extent of FA hostilities towards RUS, before you invaded our space. Before that, we had never seen a RUS Corp. Member in FA space, since the formation of the FA.
Secondly, there is a fundamental difference between attacking and firing your weapons.
If you want to know who attacked who, then you have to look at more than just who fired the first shot. I don't know who fired that shot, nor is it important. By entering our space with hostile intent you attacked us. Weather or not we fired the shots first or not is irrelivent, when you have already crossed our boarders with the intent of causing harm.
I wish it could have been resolved amicably. I would have rather our side not lose the ships it did. But such is war, and such is liberation.

Porter Hadlend, I have never seen you in LQL, this is the first I have ever heard of you being there... but what does that matter?
I know a lot of people even in FA could tell you technolisa has been resident for quite a while.
It is quite obvious you have hostile intentions to hurt anyone that does not agree to the FA rules, you have stated this several times (btw i see you as one, FA that is), so it is obvious if technolisa refused to leave you would have fired upon her, simple fact.
Anyone in there right mind would not believe you after the comotion that was caused on these boards by the FA, the behaviour of the FA members are mainly crude and darn right selfish.

We didn't invade your space from our point of view. We came there because we are free to do so, and 'cause we wanted to. Even as simple reason as to explore the region in question could have been enough for us to come there.
As we said it numerous times, we don't accept boundaries set by players, i.e. we donÆt accept corps or alliances claiming some systems or whole regions. At least, not in the state EVE is now. We strongly dislike any actions that lead to closing whole regions to other corps or freelancers.
If you are so good and clean, why don't you just chase out PC pirates, and let other players roam the "claimed-by-you-space" freely?

7.3 Are wars possible between corporations?
Most definitely. One of the main purposes of corporations is to allow formal wars to be fought over resources, trade routes, strategic systems or simple pride. It will be possible to force one warring side to surrender to another, details of which will be released closer to the date of issue.
These alliances laying claim to space is no more the following what CCP had in mind in the first place.

Why do you play this game after all? To mine? To build 100's of battleships just to mine faster? Or do you build battleships to gather huge battle fleets and chase out small corporations out of the regions you claim to be your own? And yet, you complain when we attack an alliance, where the amount of members is 10 times greater than we have in our corp.
You try to take the space all for yourself and your allies, we try to make the different. What's wrong with that? Unlike you, we don't charge passage fees, we don't chase out anyone, we don't cut out trade routes, we don't cut out people from resources, we don't...

No, but you were podding people without discrimination. Why do you build battleships- to kill velators trying to dock at whatever station you've chosen to use to regenerate your shields and health.
RUS, I have seen very little in regards to information here that does not qualify as self-serving propaganda orjustification for actions you instigate. You are the epitomy of what you say you are "fighting" against.

Hey - I've got a great idea, how about RUS carry its weak butt back into STAIN so it can get OWNED again?
STAIN you give us 100,000 mega or we kill, err you give us NAP pretty please? Even though we claim we kill all those SA ships... pretty please?
RUS has proven itself liars. I have a buddy in SA and he told me truth was that SA never even mobilized more then a few corps to deal with RUS.
Is it just me, or does anyone else wonder when the SA will leave STAIN and CRUSH RUS like the pirate wanna-be corp they are?
